Management Control Development Head (MCD Head) in Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the review process carried out at all levels and target achievement
• Responsible for the analysis of the performance of all aspects of the national scope of both aspects of marketing, survey (credit), accounts receivable (collection), and administration (ADH), or supporting from all areas of the flying businesses
• Create, process, analyze, report and document the results of a review (achievement strategy and targets) in detail and its implementation at the level of division directors and to obtain recommendations that can be considered in the decision on the next level

Requirements:

• Male / Female
• Maximum age 30 years
• All Department of Education S1 minimum GPA> 3.00
• Min 3 years experience in multi / retail / automotive dealers, especially those who have experience in the process of PDCA
• Having the ability and conceptual analysis of good, able to work in multi-tasking and teamwork
• Dynamic, creative high, interpersonal communication, integrity, morale and confidence high
• Accustomed to working under pressure
• Willing to travel agencies
